MAIN FEATURES OF DOUBLE CHAMBER OIL EXPELLER:

  • Oil expellers are available in round feed box, long heating kettle and round heating kettle .
  • Optional water cooling shaft is provided on demand at extra cost .
  • In SPFs expeller, gear body and cone body is mounted on two storied bed fabricated from M S Channel, Girders etc. to provide perfect alignment and stability resulting reduction in frictional load at bearings and saving of electricity about 20% comparing other reputed brand of oil expeller. Raw oil tank is inbuilt in bed itself .
  • Oil immersed helical gear box is casted (up to 8 chamber diameter) and fabricated (for higher models) from alloy steel , plates and structure .
  • Chamber parts like worms , bars , cone etc. and gears are fabricated from suitable alloy steel and are properly heat treated for longer life .
